"Great Hotel" Just on the outskirts of town, only a few minutes walk - we were on 6th floor - overlooking the harbour - lots of things to watch whilst sitting in one of the comfy chairs. The beds were comfy, room was nicely decorated and clean. Lovely bathroom with bath. There is a free evening buffet for guests from 6pm-8.30pm served in the roof top restaurant Monday - Thursday. Breakfast is also served there. great views over the city and harbour. Great choices. There is a few free car parking spaces on the second floor - you need to ask at the reception, and they will give you a pass - you will need to take the car up in a lift - quite tight - glad I had my driver with me - there is also a pay and display car-park The reception areas and the bar are really nice and airy, and very modern. All the staff were very pleasant

"great stay at this hotel" Had a short stay at this hotel in early Dec 2006. In my opinion, there are 2 key factors to consider when rating any hotel: first cleanliness, and then location. Everything else is just really an extra. This hotel scored really highly on both counts, and was good value also. I checked in at mid-day, and the room was ready. Check in was effortless and fast, and I was directed via the elevators to my 5th floor room. The room was adequate, with a small ensuite, (no toiletries provided) and the bedding was crisp, clean and comfy. The bed itsef was nice and firm. Incidentally, the room was right next door to the lifts, but there was no noise or disturbance from them, as I got my head down after a long night and morning spent travelling and holding business meetings. The hotel is located right on the quayside (although my view was of the town not the docks) and is only a five minute walk from the town centre. Aarhus is a great town, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, and a really great place to visit (even if you don't need to be there on business). My travel plans changed, and I checked out at 9pm to take a cab to the airport (35 mins and about £60) much to the surprise of the same desk clerk, who had checked me in that afternoon. There is a free computer with internet access in the lobby, and I believe the rooms are wi-fi enabled. I do not think there is a charge for connection. I cannot comment on the bar and eating facilities at the hotel because i did not make use of them. The pictures of the breakfast served on the 10th floor certainly looked very tasty! All in all, I had a good brief stay at this hotel; it was inexpensive, and I would happily return here again.
